Most often, Estonian citizens applying for a loan from credit companies ask to send money to a bank account. You don't have to wait long for the required amount. It is usually transferred within an hour. As a rule, the loan amount does not exceed 300 euros. Larger amounts are required quite rarely. Any person who has reached the age of majority can become a borrower. To prove your age, one only needs to provide a passport. No any other documents are required.

A less popular way to get a loan is cash. In such a case a person has to come to the office for them or use the transfer system. There are many such systems in Europe that allow quickly transfers of the necessary amount of money from a credit company to a borrower.

Short-term credits

Express microcredits are credits of a certain amount for a short time. Usually, clients intend to repay the debt immediately after they receive their next salary. Often this type of loans is called "before payday". The amount, as a rule, does not exceed 1,000 euros, for up to 30 days. And the interest rate is no more than 1% per day.

Loans secured by a vehicle are issued only at the offices of credit companies, since documents will have to be signed here. The car will serve as collateral to the credit company.

Business credits, credits for doing business - this is one of the varieties of microcredits. Additional documentation may be needed. Loans for business are large in size. Legal entities can issue such a loan. The loan may be needed for paying bills (factoring) or purchase of equipment. The term can vary up to 12 months.

Credit lines are also a kind of small loans and represent an infinite credit within the credit limit, under which the interest is paid only from the amount spent, after the repayment of this amount to the credit company, and the entire amount of the credit limit becomes available to the borrower again.

A credit account, a type of credit line, is a fairly popular product in Estonia.

What should be in the contract?

It is important to carefully read the contract that is drawn up when issuing a loan. Of course, it should be done before you signing the document. Everything should be clearly written out in the document:
• Loan size;
• Percentage of accruals;
• Term.
•  Each contract is two or three A4 sheets.
